I am a lifelong resident of Harlem and East Harlem.  After Princeton and Columbia University School of Law, I have dedicated my life to starting and running youth programs in New York, India, and Africa.  Among other things, I am a Reiki master trained by William Rand, a Master Practitioner of NLP, a certified  USAW Sports Performance Coach, a Level 1 USA Boxing Coach, and a trainer for police departments in interview and interrogation.

I put these skills to use as an educator, trainer, and coach for both teens and baby boomers.
